Infrastructure Extensions Deployment: Deployment Project Planning

This workshop will be a working session focused on the overall structure and organisation of the deployment work, considering how the program of work is planned, structured and delivered. We will present our thoughts on how this work will proceed, the types of test cases that need to be explored and how we envisage the identification and establishment of test-case deployment activities and the associated teams. We will review the entire validation process and how we will measure success in that process, with focus on quality management and consistency in the approach. Our objective in this Workshop is to refine our work plans in response to feedback from those who will be actively engaged in in the process, particularly from the perspective of senior managers and operational leaders in those organisations.
